Shipping Fees

We make every effort to prepare your order for pickup or delivery within 48 hours of your order being placed as we want you to be able to enjoy your items as soon as possible. If you have queries regarding the status of your order at any point in time, please contact us.

Free In-Store Pickup

You may pickup your order from our Store during business hours. We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Please bring photo identification and your pickup confirmation email with you.

Delivery within Canada

All items are shipped via either Canada Post Regular Parcel Service or Purolator Regular Ground Service. Delivery generally takes 2-12 days from the date of shipment depending on your location.

The shipping and handling charges for regular delivery in Canada are waived on orders $300 or over (before taxes). Gift cards, courses and services do not count towards the order value minimum.

Orders under $300 (before taxes) are subject to a flat shipping and handling rate of $20.

Some large, bulky or heavy items (such as skis) are not eligible for our free or flat rate shipping and handling. We will not ship dangerous goods.

Delivery outside Canada (to the USA)

Not all products can be delivered outside Canada. Please contact us to discuss your needs and for a specific delivery quote.

Items shipped to the USA are shipped via the most economical method available. US Customs may impose duties, taxes and/or custom processing fees on your package. You are responsible for these fees and charges.
