Repairs

Our head technician has over 40 years experience repairing and caring for gear - he's up for any repair challenge you throw his way!

We also have a relationship with Kompfy Shoe Repairs in Canmore. They offer repairs for not only shoes but other gear and clothes as well. You can drop your item off at the store and we will get it to and from Kompfy on your behalf.

Waterproofing

We offer waterproofing clinics in the summer months to re-proof your hiking boots. Visit our Events page to learn more.

We also carry a variety of products to re-proof your rain gear, boots and shoes.

Boot Repairs & Re-soling

We have a relationship with Kumpfy Shoes in Canmore to get your climbing shoes and hiking boots repaired and resoled. Drop them off with us at anytime, then we'll get them to and from Kumpfy on your behalf.

We also offer boot re-proofing services and sell the products if you wish to do it yourself. In addition, we offer boot care/re-proofing clinics in the spring and summer.

Parts

We keep a large number of replacement parts in-stock including buckles, repair patches, baskets, laces, bite valves, etc. In addition, our workshop keeps a large selection of miscellaneous parts from over the last decade so we can help you fix your bindings, poles, etc.

So next time you need a rogue buckle replaced or a new basket for one pole give us a call!
