Warranty and Return Policy

Our goal is to equip you with quality gear that will help you have safe and enjoyable outdoor experiences. For us, having gear that fits is a key part of this. We will work with you to provide assistance or recommendations to help you select the right product for your anatomy and your objectives the first time. For the best service, please visit us in-store, otherwise feel free to call or email us.


We offer high quality products that are specifically selected for the conditions of the Rockies. If you have purchased a product from us that you believe has a manufacturing defect, please visit us in store with the item or email us with photos of the deficiency. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf for warranty consideration.

Due to the nature of outdoor activities, wear-and-tear including scuffs, scratches, stains and burns are expected and are not considered eligible for warranty. To keep your gear in the best condition possible and get the maximum life from your equipment, please clean and care for your products as directed by the manufacturer.


We believe in our product knowledge and customer service. If we have recommended a product for you, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price if the item is returned within 30 days from the date of collection or delivery. The product must be in its original condition and with the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, nor will we be responsible for return shipping. You have the option of returning the item in-person or mailing it to us. If you elect to mail the product back to us, please email us in advance so we can match it with the delivery. If products are returned freight collect or COD, the shipment will be refused.

For health and safety reasons, we do no accept the following items for exchange or refund:

  • Sleeping bags
  • Socks
  • Underwear
  • Climbing gear

All sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
